- Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the type of coverage you’re interested in, and any message you write.
- Booking a call: when you schedule through Calendly, the name, email, and any answers you enter on the booking form.
- During a consultation or application: details you choose to share so I can quote and apply for coverage, such as your zip code, date of birth, household members, current coverage, doctors, prescriptions, and health history.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data: basic information about how you use the site, such as pages visited, device and browser type, and general location (city or region), collected through Google Analytics if it is enabled.
- Cookies: small files stored by your browser. This site and its service providers (such as Google Analytics and Calendly) may use cookies to keep the site working and to understand how it’s used.

- To respond to your questions and requests.
- To prepare quotes and help you compare and apply for insurance coverage.
- To schedule, confirm, and remind you about appointments.

How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only when needed to help you or to run this website:
- Insurance companies and the agency I work with, when you ask me to quote or apply for coverage. Once your information is with an insurance company, its own privacy policy applies.
- Service providers that help run this site: FormSubmit (delivers contact form messages), Calendly (scheduling), Google (Analytics and web fonts), and the company that hosts this website. They may only use your information to provide their services.
- When required by law, for example to respond to a valid legal request or to protect the rights and safety of our clients and business.
Health information
Health details you share during a consultation or application are used only to find and apply for coverage for you. They are shared only with the insurance companies you choose to apply with, and are handled with care. Please don’t send detailed health information through the website contact form. We’ll go over it on a call instead.
Your choices
- Opt out of contact: reply “STOP” to a text, use the unsubscribe link in an email, or just tell me you no longer want to be contacted.
- Access, correct, or delete: you can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Depending on your state, you may have additional privacy rights, and we’ll honor requests as required by applicable law. Some records may need to be kept to meet insurance licensing and recordkeeping rules.
- Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on.
How we protect your information
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. No website or email system is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Children’s privacy
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them online. Parents may share information about their children when applying for family coverage.
Links to other sites
This site links to services like Calendly. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
